Team Kenya site recovery & upkeep
The client supplied a large audit spreadsheet full of fixes and upgrade work. I worked through the backlog in batches, handled the invoicing cleanly, kept the admin burden light on their side, and got the site back into good shape. I still remain the website contact for Team Kenya.
- Worked from a large client-supplied punch list rather than vague one-off requests.
- Closed fixes and upgrades methodically with very little back-and-forth needed from the client.
- Stayed on as the ongoing website person once the main recovery work was done.
